  A board I sent for repair was not shipped back to me. The owner admitted he received it and would "look into" why I had not received it back. He also said he would call me back.
  He did neither, after repeated calls and mail, I never heard back from the man/company.
  I will never do business with this company again. This has been a very disappointing experience.
  His voicemails are always full. He doesn't return phone calls, and I have received numerous products back from repair that were still not operating properly, even though I was charged for them.
  Find someone else for this type of service.. I understand that a company named Mountain Electronics in North Carolina is much better.
