  I have been in Landscaping & Lawn Care field since my early teens. During my early 20's (20-24), I was starting to feel like an old man, and was always sore in the knees & ankles. I thought my diet was pretty good, but I knew I needed a change. Roger helped me remove some items from my diet, along with adding in some foods that would help with the joints. I now have more energy and my recovery after a workout is much faster. I can now stay awake during a movie, and have a goal to run a half marathon!
