  Very good guys down there.
  Jason in the service dept. is an honest guy!!
  They'll get you taken care of, without taking you for a ride. (pun intended!)
  If you need ANY service done on your bike or ATV; take it here!
  
  I've been to Conklin Cycle, SSR, and Southern Tier H&D. These guys are the best!
  
  They really helped me out of a jam and could've stuck it to me, but they didn't.
  
  The owner was there hanging out (in the show room on a Saturday) and we had a really nice chat while I was waiting for my inspection about the different types of bikes in the showroom, my riding style, what type of surfaces I like to ride. Asked me some great questions, and had some good info without feeling pressured.
  
  You definitely have a customer for life after today guys....looking forward to my next purchase coming from you.
