  I'd give negative starts if possible.
  
  Was sold a refrigerator as new but dinged. We were promised it was 100% new. When it was set up, was lacking a filter and light bulb. When I called to ask about them the service guy laughed at me and said it was used.. refurbished. After threatening to return everything we bought we settled on an extended warranty and 3 free fillers. I think we let the pompus a$$ of an owner of too easy. Only got two filters and la/ost $300 worth of food 3 weeks later when freezer died.
  
  I call them scammers, plain and simple. Anything for a buck. So much for shopping local. Olums thanks then as we have spent a few grand on appliances since. After all, Olums IS local and there stuff is better quality, and about 10% cheaper.
  
  Consider this a fair warning to avoid these people.
