  The boot camp classes are a great mix of wonderful people. The instructor is amazingly accommodating to all fitness levels. Even on my first day, I felt welcome and comfortable. The instructor took her time explaining things and I never felt incapable. I am so happy I took the leap and signed up for the trial membership I saw advertised on Facebook. I'm so happy with my decision to stick with it!!
